Infancy into Toddlerhood

At Blossom Home Childcare, I specialize in caring for infants and toddlers aged 8 weeks to 2.5 years old, recognizing that these early years are critical for a child’s development. Early experiences are crucial in shaping cognitive, social, and emotional development. I am dedicated to using play-based, developmentally appropriate practices to foster a love for learning and support healthy growth. The caregiver to infant ratio is 1:4.

 

Blossom Home Childcare is committed to providing personalized care by following each infant's unique routine. I understand that every baby has their own rhythm for feeding, sleeping, and playtime, and we tailor our approach to meet those individual needs. ​

Snacks and Meals Provided

Blossom Home Childcare is proud to provide nutritious, freshly prepared snacks and meals for infants once they begin eating solid foods. Tuition includes breakfast, lunch, and PM snack. This is served on demand to individual children's schedule. Additional snacks and meal items may be provided by parents, and any items can be opted out of the menu and substituted by parents. Baby food purees, cereals, formula, and milk is provided by parentsI carefully craft our meal plans to ensure they are balanced, wholesome, and age-appropriate, supporting each child's healthy growth and development. I work closely with parents to accommodate any dietary preferences or restrictions, ensuring that every meal is safe, nourishing, and enjoyable for your little one. All common allergens are requested to be tested at home before they begin the food program with Blossom Home.

School Calendar

Blossom Home Childcare qualifies two different types of daycare closures, 1) holiday breaks and 2) daycare vacations. For holiday breaks, tuition is due in full. Daycare vacations are tuition FREE. We understand that school closures require parents to pay for back up care, so unlike most centers, we do not charge for the scheduled daycare vacations. In addition to scheduled closures, Blossom Home reserves the right to take 10 days of PTO/sick leave per year, where tuition is paid in full during closure.​
